Something that bothers me to no end is having to type the same thing over and over and over again…

Regardless of what job you have, I’m certain you can relate on some level. Whether it’s my (long) email address, a response to a frequently asked question on one of the accounts we manage, or even just a “Glad to have met you today, let’s connect soon!” …finding a way to save myself time is key.

There are a few apps that provide a solution to this problem out there, but my favorite is called Ditto.

It’s super easy to get started. Within the app, you set up a maximum of 8 Categories of your choosing. I have categories assigned to several clients and my business as well as one for personal use.

Really Cool Feature:
I use this to house a lot of the curated hashtags (for example: #maythetechbewithyou 😉) that we use for our clients. It’s so easy to copy/paste right into the social media scheduling app.
